AMY VITO, M.A.O.D.
As a group facilitator, trainer, and professional in Organization Development, I work with teams and businesses of all sizes to find solutions to their most challenging issues. I draw from different systems frameworks and use strategy tools to bring insight and clarity to the underlying causes of a system's imbalance. I then work with groups to reduce the barriers to success and to leverage the existing strengths--moving groups out of systemic ruts and into a more generative future.
I bring a skilled and mindful approach to facilitation and a deeply ethical view to Human Systems.

"Deep inside, everybody longs for work that serves a purpose in the world. Practices that put purpose at the heart of decision-making are likely to be embraced wholeheartedly, however unfamiliar they feel at first."
