Anytime people come together to accomplish a common mission, there are bound to be challenges. Group dynamics come into play, or the structure that once supported a small scale organization no longer sustains its growth and higher vision. Organizations change, as everything else in life. Being able to flex and adapt to these changes is the mark of organizational longevity and resiliency.

 

Change is inherently one of the most difficult things we humans must do. And it is equally challenging to the organizations that we've created. Fortunately, there are people in the world that are equipped to steward this change. People like myself that help groups align around a higher vision and shared values.
